SHIPPING: 

At Kn2 Collectibles your satisfaction is very important, and we do our best to package your items with the utmost care. 

All in-stock orders placed will be shipped within 2-3 business days. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS: 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to Funko changing its policy and deeming its Pop! Iine as out of box collectibles, we can no longer honor guarantees on their boxes arriving without imperfections. 

  • We cannot control slight manufacturing variations and are not able to replace items based on these variations, including but not limited to minor product imperfections, figure positioning, or sticker placement.
  • Slight blemishes to packaging may occur during the manufacturing or shipping process and will not be considered a damaged product. 

If you receive the wrong item or the figure is broken due to the shipping carrier mishandling, please send us photos of the item, packaging and shipping box via e-mail: Kn2 Collectibles. All claims must be submitted within five (5) days upon receiving the product. Once a return label has been assigned, please ship all items in their original packaging within thirty (30) days. If any items are missing, the return will be void and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees along with incurring a 20% processing fee.

If the item is no longer in-stock and an exchange was authorized, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once the return label is issued, items not shipped within the thirty (30) day period will no longer be accepted. 

IN-STOCK / PRE-ORDER SHIPPING: 

When placing an order with in-stock and pre-order items, the order in its entirety, will be shipped when the last pre-order item becomes available.  If you want the in-stock item immediately, please place separate orders from pre-order items. 

CANCELLATIONS: 

Any cancelled orders after two (2) business days will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
